a) Option 1 – Press the power button:
If you are not extended the period of use for your HTC Wildfire, then you can put it into a stand-by mode, that is blocked. All you have to do is press the power button of your HTC Wildfire.
By a pressing the power button, your phone will be unlocked again soon.
The advantages of this screen lock are that you can prevent unintended activities on your smartphone. Another advantage is you can save your battery consumption.
b) Option 2 – unlock activate
You can also unlock pattern on the screen to activate. This option will force you to enter it each time you power up your HTC Wildfire and repeat it from standby mode.
For this purpose you need to go “home” option and call the menu area “settings” button.
After you have on the ”security” and “unlock key”, you will be guided through the program self-explanatory. Here you can now enter their own unlock pattern for the display.
